Jeff was born in Medellín, Colombia, to missionary parents – an upbringing that gave him a global perspective and a genuine curiosity about people. He joined The Window Experts out of deep respect for founder Jeff Ludy and a shared belief that homeowners deserve to be educated, not pressured.

His approach is straightforward: help customers make informed, confident decisions that fit their needs and their budget. The no-pressure philosophy is not just a tagline for him – it is how he operates every single day!

Outside of work, he is always chasing the next adventure – traveling, staying active through sports, skating, scuba diving, and capturing it all through photography. Above everything else, he is a proud father to his 14-year-old daughter.
