Window Experts just completed installation of replacement windows in our home. I can’t express enough how knowledgeable, professional, and responsible the installation went at all phases. That included enlarging three windows to picture windows. They enlarged the opening, added a header, finished the opening with drywall and wood molding then painted it to match. We also had block glass windows in the master bathroom changed to textured glass. The new windows add a modern look from the old single pain windows. The job went per the original schedule given to us at the contact signing. The work crew were amazing. They cleaned up everything daily. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The first two photos are after and the third is before of the enlarged picture windows.
The Window Experts team replaced 8 windows in my house and they met my already high expectations. The installers were professional and conscientious during the installation process and the finished product looks great. They left everything clean like they found it. Thank you. When I replace the rest of the windows on my house I’ll be calling The Window Experts. I’m enjoying the new windows! After all the best window isn’t the best if it’s poorly installed.
What an experience! As our Sales Rep, Patty was patient and well informed. She guided us through all of our options and helped us make the best decision for our home. Shannon kept us in the loop for delivery and scheduling. Then the real work began – Daniel’s crew came in with guns blazing and knocked out the entire job in two days. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. What an amazing company! Highly recommended for your window and door needs.
We had five windows and a sliding door replaced last week and we couldn’t be happier. We decided we were going to start replacing our windows this year and started searching/researching on the web. We came across Jeff’s videos and learned a lot about all the changes in windows over the past decade(s). We were impressed with his knowledge and philosophy, so we reached out to set up an appointment. Eric came to the house and listened to what we were thinking, gave some suggestions, and let us decide on what we thought was best without being pushy at all. We ended up calling him after and adding a couple of windows to this year’s project. They came and measured everything and placed the order for the windows. We were told it would be about 6-8 weeks, but it ended up being a little less than that. On installation day, Daniel and his crew showed up to remove the old windows/door and install the new ones. They were incredibly professional, competent, and efficient. They had the new door/windows installed and finished in about half a day. Everything looks amazing. I highly recommend The Window Experts … and I am looking forward to calling Eric next year when we tackle the next phase of replacing some windows!
I recently had the The Houston Window Experts install sliding glass doors on my patio and put in a new kitchen window. I’m thrilled with the results. But I really wanted to write a review to comment on the excellent customer service this company provides. From Tomas, the person who came to my home to talk to me about their products, to the team of installers, to the other staff I interacted with during the process they were without doubt totally customer oriented, professional, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use them again. To me what distinguishes any company is the service they provide and Houston Window Experts provides the best!
On 9/4/26 we stopped by The Window Experts’ Houston facility after viewing several of their helpful videos on-line. Tomas Zaragozi, a product specialist, was very generous with his time answering a number of questions we had and showing us several examples of products they recommend, as well as competitors’ products to which we could compare them. Even though our home is outside of their normal service area, we found that everyone, to include Nadi Kassim, their President, welcomed us and offered assistance to ensure we will be prepared to make informed decisions about our new windows as we prepare to remodel our Texas lakefront home. They are to be commended for outstanding customer service whether or not we source our materials through their organization! Thank You, Tomas and Nadi…
Window Experts has a fabulous showroom in Houston. I was able to see each of the lines up close and was able to chose the correct windows for my taste and price range. They were very patient in tweaking every detail before the final ok from me. That was 5 years ago. A few months ago I saw some clouding in 2 of my windows. I made 1 phone call and a text or two later my warranty was covered and new windows were ordered. No hassle and amazing customer service.
My sister lives in the Dallas area and we noticed they had a location there. She called them, they came out and treated her with the same professionalism that was shown to me.

The team was on time, very thorough, fast, and did a fabulous job. Great team work and great workmanship. I have 40 years of construction experience and these guys are top notch in their trade.

I would highly recommend the Window Experts. They replaced 15 windows in my house. Existing windows were from the 1970s. The work was absolutely flawless. They were courteous, conscientious, and did exceptional quality work. I chose the Marvin Infinity windows. I could not be more pleased. I expected to be able to tell the difference in comfort. I had no idea that the new windows were going to reduce the sound from a nearby highway to the point that I can no longer hear it. This was truly money well spent and also good value for the money. We were introduced to Houston Window Experts through Jeff’s videos. It was very helpful to have someone give an honest review of different brands and styles and to explain what to look for in a good installer. We had the “Experts” install Anlin replacement windows several years ago in our Kingwood home. They did an excellent job.
When it came time to select windows for our new lake home, we knew who we could trust. Deanna was awesome to work with from blueprints to delivery. Her design background and knowledge of products helped me make decisions on some large custom windows and doors that give us a beautiful view of the lake. We chose Anlin again, but because this was a new build, our framers did the install. I literally made them watch Jeff’s installation video first!
There was a minor repair that needed to be fixed on one window, so The Window Experts sent Andreas right away. He was very professional and courteous and explained what the repair entailed. He also answered questions I had about caring for some of the screens and patio doors.
I highly recommend Houston Window Experts to anyone looking for quality products, support, and excellent service!
