To be transparent we have not yet started our 2027 window project. A very trusted friend and experienced home designer joined The Window Experts awhile back and, knowing that we had this project pending, invited me to an open house to see their showroom. Coming from someone who had completed several beautiful renovations in my own home made for an easy decision to attend. I had listened to how impressive, inviting and efficient the showroom was however it didn’t really prepare me. This is not your typical Home Depot or kitchen tabletop, spiral binder picture book experience. It was like an approachable art gallery with the windows and doors as the art. The pride that is a family owned business definitely showed through. I’m looking forward to returning when we’re ready. In the meantime if you’re ready and evaluating windows I highly recommend you looking at this company.

I love my new skylight and the professional manner in which the entire process was handled. Oscar came out in advance to measure, and stayed late in the rain to ensure the job was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Very smooth process from start to finish. Eric was amazing providing multiple window samples/brands to help me make an informed decision on what worked best for me and my budget. He also went over the process of a typical install day.
After selecting my windows, the team was very informative regarding updates to my windows. I would get emails on stages of production.
Once the windows were ready, they were able to install within a few days and knock all the windows out in one day since two crews installed. This is where Jason and team took over. The install team was great. They were efficient and did a great job of protecting items in the house. He went through the install process with me and was diligent throughout the whole process. Also the cleanup after was superb.
Would highly recommend working with this team and company.

I had 4 replacement windows installed today by The Window Experts. What a great experience from the purchase to the completion of the install! The team was awesome and incredibly professional. They covered all my furniture, took down my blinds, and moved furniture. Then at completion they put everything back and totally cleaned up. The communication with the company was amazing. I am incredibly pleased! If anyone is needing replacement windows, I would highly recommend The Window Experts. They truly go above and beyond!

This shouldn’t sound amazing but I’ve been dealing with numerous contractors on a complicated build and they were head and shoulders above.
Brand/ Type Options: Patty didn’t just to sell me one brand of the most expensive windows for everywhere in my house. We had different needs in different rooms. She knew all the different types and told me the pros and cons of each type and she knew all the different sound ratings and info on each one. She sold me solutions for my needs instead of being loyal to one brand/ type.
Process: They immediately came out to measure and got my order in right away. I didn’t feel like I was just a wallet to them. They respected that we needed to get this process going and get it done.
Communication: Excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and took care of all the permitting etc. After dealing with so many other contractors who don’t communicate with me or each other or can’t seem to manage their permits, this was such a relief for us.
Price: These were fairly priced windows. I got MANY quotes and also had bought some other windows as part of this complicated rebuild and these were a very fair price for excellent quality.
Installation: Daniel, Josh, and Juan led the teams that installed my windows. Their work was excellent. From start to finish, the way they respected my house, us, and the quality of everything from the caulking to the cleaning was head and shoulders above.
Respect: They treated me with respect every step of the way. This might sound silly but if you e been dealing with construction, especially after a while, you’ll see immediately the level of professionalism that stands out with the Window Experts.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Window Experts! Patty, David, Daniel, Josh, Juan, and Shannon. You’re the best and I’d be coming straight back to your team next time I need windows

The sales experience was great. Joey did a thorough job explaining our options and giving us time to make the right decision – no pressure. Once we decided, they measured and ordered us custom fit windows. They keep you in the loop through the entire process. The install team arrived on time and got right to work. Asked me if I had a preference on the room to start. They’re very professional and friendly. Took great care to protect our floors, furniture, etc, including when they had to move something and put it back. They also removed the plantation blinds (and did not break them) and correctly reinstalled them. They worked efficiently in teams to accomplish each phase of demo, prep and installation. Did a good job on cleanup. This was a great experience. The windows are great and make a huge difference to the look and feel of our home. We’re very happy.
Houston Window Experts installed new windows in our home on February 12, 2026. I want you know that we had an excellent experience with HWE…all the way from the YouTube videos that made me think I would want to do business with you, through the follow-up information provided after the installation was complete.
Our first contact was with Missie Wertz, a showroom attendant. She has such a pleasant personality and was not pushy in the slightest. She sought to understand what we wanted/needed for our project and was very informative about the products in the showroom. We had many questions and in addition to being able to address those questions, she had some additional thoughts that we had not considered. Our experience with Missie confirmed my initial impression that I would want to do business with HWE.
Our next contact was with Bradley Swenson who came to our home to discuss/review the project and do initial measurements in order to provide a quote. Again, no high pressure sales…making for a pleasant experience. He provided a quote the same day along with several video links that we found to be very informative. He subsequently followed up with an agreement for us to review. I did have a few items that I requested be addressed in the agreement and he was very quick to address them and get the agreement back to me.
Anita Mire and Casey Robins, client support specialists, then took over being the ones to provide updates keeping me in the loop as to what was happening, when and what we should expect, and offering to address any questions we had along the way. Great job, with clear, easy to understand and pertinent information provided.
There were a few others that I dealt with, all up to the same professional level of the ones mentioned above.
One last thing. The day of installation was as promised in the videos that I watched. We are very pleased with the installation and the look of the new windows. While my wife opted to leave for the day (to avoid the havoc that she was sure would occur), I remained at home and was very impressed with the installation staff. Other than having beautiful, new windows, there was no evidence (dirt, dust, debris) that any work had been done. job well done.
Throughout the years, we have had two major remodels, a pool installed, and a major landscaping project. Those experiences left me somewhat jaded about not setting the bar too high when it comes to working with companies in the service industry. I’m pleased to say that our entire experience with HWE surpassed what we hoped for. Kudos to you all.

So my wife and I had someone knock on our door and address us needing new windows. We knew it was a project that we should take on, but we didn’t know who to go with as everyone claims to be the best.
After several consultations we actually signed with Pella Windows, but we still didn’t know in our hearts if it was the right choice. The next day we happened to see a Houston Window Expert car in Kingwood, and I explained the situation and told them we only had 48 hours to make a final decision. Later that day Brandon came out. He treated us with respect, ZERO pressure, and all of the peace of mind that we would benefit from a local company with top notch quality windows.
We ended up replacing our entire house of almost 40 windows and a new back door for 7K less than the Pella quote we signed (and that only included 24 windows). After that, Brandon gave us multiple local addresses to check out where they had done installs.
I spent an hour talking to one homeowner that used them and told me that he is extremely picky and had zero regrets.
The worst part of the process was the anticipation as it takes about 8-10 weeks for your windows to be made BUT Casey and everyone else at Houston Window Experts kept us informed through the entire process.
We were finally scheduled to have our install done 7-8-26 through 7-10-26. Milton and his crew showed up on July 8th at 7:30 AM and actually talked to me about the gameplan and order I would like them to work since I am working remote this week. Not only was the entire crew extremely friendly, they treated my home like it was their own. When they left yesterday, they completed 17 windows. I told my wife you won’t even know a contractor was here today because they worked so cleanly. Fast forward to this morning July 9th, Milton shows up and says we MAY be able to finish today, but we aren’t going to rush. They were able to get a second crew involved due to a cancelled or delayed project so I can now say in about 14 working hours they successfully completed our entire home…Milton did a full walk through with us and explained everything. On top of that Brandon has reached out and checked on us.
This is a HUGE investment for our family, and there were several great options (and some not-so-great ones). I can 100% say that we will refer anyone looking for windows/siding/or doors to the family at Houston Window Experts.
Before you sign a contract like we did make sure and give them a shot to educate you. As someone who works in sales, I can confidently say they won’t sell you windows…they will explain why they are the best choice without ever making you feel pressured.
I have never been excited for an electric bill, but the energy efficiency and cooling effect has been IMMEDIATE. I can’t wait to see how much they save us.

Quick and professional installation
Unexpectedly very pleased. From Sales to final installation was easy, along with efficient and communication to home office.
Josh (install crew chief), was very pro active in communicating actions to be taken, walk thru (before and after install), brought issues to me prior to finding them myself, and often had an action plan to negate the problem. All problems/issues were builder related from 30 years ago. Missing screen was only issue and reorder was in before I knew it.
Plastic and walk tarps were carefully placed in all install areas. No Damage to floors or walls.
Very Satisfied.
