Great selection, informative consultants and a perfect installation!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with The Window Experts. I was provided with regular, timely updates the entire time that we were waiting for the windows to arrive. Victor and his team could not have been better. They arrived exactly on time, explained the process and completed the job in a timely manner. Their cleanup was unbelievable. It was perfect. I swear the house and outdoor areas looked better when they left than before they arrived.
We recently had 20 windows replaced, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and did excellent work from start to finish. The new windows look great, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality windows and outstanding service! They price of the project did exceed other estimations we received when shopping but HWE offered great financing options.

The Window Experts made the process of buying windows seamless. Stacy and Shannon kept me in the loop about appointments as well as each step of the process once my windows were ordered. Eric was professional, knowledgeable and personable during my appointment. Eric did a wonderful job educating me about my window/ sliding door options in order for me to make the best choice based on my needs/wants. Daniel and the installation crew did a great job! They worked diligently to install my windows and sliding door while ensuring the integrity of my home (structurally and visually).
Very satisfied, they were quick and professional. It was like watching a well orchestrated symphony.
More to follow but to start off with this was the best experience with home remodeling or repair contractors I’ve experienced in my fifty plus years of adulthood. The 18 new windows look great!

◦ Efficiency in getting the job done in one day

They are true pros. The whole process from start to finish was flawless and as efficient as it could be. Cory, Victor and the entire install team did a wonderful job onsite. You can tell that the team has a great chemistry. From drop clothes, vacuuming, touch up paint, walkthrough, etc. Very happy with our experience. Hope these windows last us years and years!
Houston Window Experts is a great company from start to finish. From product options to job completion, HWE is head & shoulders above any other company. I looked at many brands of windows in their fabulous downtown showroom (my choice, not required!). A product specialist (Dan) came to my house. With other companies that I compared, the person that came out was a salesperson who couldn’t answer my questions. Dan is truly a product specialist. He answered everything including questions asked by my daughter who is an architect that specializes in windows in NYC! We went over everything. He answered every question & quickly emailed a written bid. We discussed, edited bid, discussed, edited. I signed. A team of workers – Dan, a measurer, scheduler, & more, were assigned to my job. They kept communication open while I waited for the windows. The weather was threatening on the week of the install so they sent an extra 6-person team. It took 2 days instead of 3, with 12 workers. Each team had a leader. (Milton & Rafael) Both were great. They kept me in the loop & answered all questions. The teams covered & protected EVERYTHING in the house. I could see that everything was done according to the HWE standards. (watch Jeff Ludy’s videos on the website!) I’ve seen other homes with the same # of windows done in 2 days with only 2 workers. HWE doesn’t cut corners on supplies, # of workers, prep-work, safety, or anything else. I compared 3 companies. HWE is definitely much better. I recommend watching Jeff Ludy’s videos. Start with 5 Common Window Buying Mistakes. “A great window with a bad installer is a bad window.” He’s right!
I replaced my windows in 2 phases and used the Window Experts both times. The process was smooth with clear communication. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job keeping each area clean.
