I can’t say enough good things about Window Experts and the team they sent to our home. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding.
Patty, our sales rep, was fantastic, knowledgeable, low-pressure, and incredibly helpful in walking us through the options. The window selection was excellent, and she made sure we found the right fit without ever feeling overwhelmed.
Haris and David handled the measurements, and their attention to detail was obvious right away. David even drove in from an hour away last minute to help make sure our unique window setup was measured correctly. Everything fit perfectly, which speaks volumes about the precision and care they brought to the process.
Daniel and his crew handled the installation, and they were top-notch. Professional, efficient, and extremely respectful of our home. He gave me confidence in their work, creativity addressing a couple of unique windows we have. When they left, our house was actually in better shape than when they arrived.
Communication throughout the entire project was clear and consistent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

I had 4 replacement windows installed today by The Window Experts. What a great experience from the purchase to the completion of the install! The team was awesome and incredibly professional. They covered all my furniture, took down my blinds, and moved furniture. Then at completion they put everything back and totally cleaned up. The communication with the company was amazing. I am incredibly pleased! If anyone is needing replacement windows, I would highly recommend The Window Experts. They truly go above and beyond!

I liked that they offered more than one or two windows to choose from and the warranties they offered.
The initial visit from their sales Rep (Patty) was a no non-sense, and no pressure sales tactics experience. None of that, “if you commit now, we’ll sell them at this price” stuff, that some companies I’ve dealt with do
The installers were great. Daniel and his team went above and beyond what I was expecting.
They covered all of our belongings, took down all our Window treatments and replaced them after the new window was installed. They cleaned up any mess that was made, and showed up right on time each day they were here.
Our job included, 27 windows, a new front door and a slider that leads to our backyard. All finished in 2 days.

The salesman Eric Atkins explained several designs and style windows and made suggestion. was very easy to work and wasn’t pushing into you to sign.Josh and crew did a excellent job,They removed blinds and furniture and covered floors and installed our new Anlin Black Frame windows. They Respected our home and cleaned up very well.and put furniture and blinds back!.

Had windows installed. They came out showed us what they could do and left us alone to make our decision. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive but they have their own installation people and that’s what we wanted. The crew was great efficient and completed the job in one day. They kept in contact while the windows were being built and set up the install date as soon as possible. And at the end they cleaned up after themselves which was great.
I had the second phase of my window work done by Houston Window Experts, in May, 2026. The first phase was in 2024. I had the same great experience this time around. Although Patty Bass had moved to the Window Experts in Dallas, I was glad she was able to work with me again. The staff at the office is very nice and helpful. Houston Window Experts personnel kept us well informed of the process and dates. They also replied promptly to my E-mail and telephone inquiries. The day before installation, I was contacted and given the option to reschedule due to rain being forecast. Due to my time constraints, I asked for the work to proceed. I was fortunate to have 5 “Team Leaders” do the installation of my windows. When it did rain, they created a tarp housing to keep the rain out. The crew did a great job and were extremely clean. They laid tarps on all areas they walked on inside the house and then did a thorough cleanup. I am very pleased with my Marvin Infinity windows, and Houston Window Experts is a wonderful company to deal with. I don’t hesitate to complain or give a negative review. I can only compliment Houston Window Experts, because there is nothing to complain about!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with The Window Experts. I was provided with regular, timely updates the entire time that we were waiting for the windows to arrive. Victor and his team could not have been better. They arrived exactly on time, explained the process and completed the job in a timely manner. Their cleanup was unbelievable. It was perfect. I swear the house and outdoor areas looked better when they left than before they arrived.
We recently had 20 windows replaced, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and did excellent work from start to finish. The new windows look great, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality windows and outstanding service! They price of the project did exceed other estimations we received when shopping but HWE offered great financing options.
