Had pleasure of meeting Ms Missie Wertz!
She did an amazing job showing my spouse and I various windows and differences. Just a wealth of knowledge on windows in beautiful showroom. She even showed us some fiberglass doors. Highly recommend this place as this business is incredibly helpful!!

We just had all of our windows replaced by the Window Experts. I wanted to say that the leads Cory and Tim and the rest of the team did a great job installing and cleaning up. The team was friendly and considerate of our items in our home. I would highly recommend The Window Experts.

The Window Experts gave us a thorough and thoughtful review of the windows and doors we need for our new house. Patricia was knowledgeable and pointed out options we hadn’t considered. Had a layover in Houston and made an appointment to see them after being impressed by their videos online.
Smooth installation of great windows that match the originals!
To be transparent we have not yet started our 2027 window project. A very trusted friend and experienced home designer joined The Window Experts awhile back and, knowing that we had this project pending, invited me to an open house to see their showroom. Coming from someone who had completed several beautiful renovations in my own home made for an easy decision to attend. I had listened to how impressive, inviting and efficient the showroom was however it didn’t really prepare me. This is not your typical Home Depot or kitchen tabletop, spiral binder picture book experience. It was like an approachable art gallery with the windows and doors as the art. The pride that is a family owned business definitely showed through. I’m looking forward to returning when we’re ready. In the meantime if you’re ready and evaluating windows I highly recommend you looking at this company.

I love my new skylight and the professional manner in which the entire process was handled. Oscar came out in advance to measure, and stayed late in the rain to ensure the job was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Very expensive but a job perfectly done. The installation crew was on time, effeficient, fast courteous, and made sure the job was done right but protected the rest of the house from dust amd debris. Left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Great instalation team. You can get windows installed cheaper but these are perfect.
Very smooth process from start to finish. Eric was amazing providing multiple window samples/brands to help me make an informed decision on what worked best for me and my budget. He also went over the process of a typical install day.
After selecting my windows, the team was very informative regarding updates to my windows. I would get emails on stages of production.
Once the windows were ready, they were able to install within a few days and knock all the windows out in one day since two crews installed. This is where Jason and team took over. The install team was great. They were efficient and did a great job of protecting items in the house. He went through the install process with me and was diligent throughout the whole process. Also the cleanup after was superb.
Would highly recommend working with this team and company.

I had 4 replacement windows installed today by The Window Experts. What a great experience from the purchase to the completion of the install! The team was awesome and incredibly professional. They covered all my furniture, took down my blinds, and moved furniture. Then at completion they put everything back and totally cleaned up. The communication with the company was amazing. I am incredibly pleased! If anyone is needing replacement windows, I would highly recommend The Window Experts. They truly go above and beyond!

Overall: The Window Experts showed up when they said they would, listened to my window problems/needs, looked to solve those problems, and then delivered on time at fair price with quality windows and installation. This shouldn’t sound amazing but I’ve been dealing with numerous contractors on a complicated build and they were head and shoulders above.
Brand/ Type Options: Patty didn’t just to sell me one brand of the most expensive windows for everywhere in my house. We had different needs in different rooms. She knew all the different types and told me the pros and cons of each type and she knew all the different sound ratings and info on each one. She sold me solutions for my needs instead of being loyal to one brand/ type.
Process: They immediately came out to measure and got my order in right away. I didn’t feel like I was just a wallet to them. They respected that we needed to get this process going and get it done.
Communication: Excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and took care of all the permitting etc. After dealing with so many other contractors who don’t communicate with me or each other or can’t seem to manage their permits, this was such a relief for us.
Price: These were fairly priced windows. I got MANY quotes and also had bought some other windows as part of this complicated rebuild and these were a very fair price for excellent quality.
Installation: Daniel, Josh, and Juan led the teams that installed my windows. Their work was excellent. From start to finish, the way they respected my house, us, and the quality of everything from the caulking to the cleaning was head and shoulders above.
Respect: They treated me with respect every step of the way. This might sound silly but if you e been dealing with construction, especially after a while, you’ll see immediately the level of professionalism that stands out with the Window Experts.
