Nadi grew up just south of Houston in Lake Jackson and has deep roots in Texas. A West Point graduate, he spent over 15 years in the military – nine on active duty and six in the reserves, where he continues to serve today.

After earning his MBA from MIT Sloan, he spent four years at McKinsey and Company helping businesses solve complex operational challenges before joining The Window Experts in September 2025. He came here to work alongside an exceptional team and deliver on a simple promise: treat every homeowner with respect and build a best-in-class window and door replacement experience.

One of his most meaningful accomplishments came while deployed in Afghanistan – raising over $5,000 for Wounded Warriors during the Marine Corps Marathon Forward! Outside of work, he is focused on family – spending time with his wife Sarah and twins Yousef and Yara – and stays active through travel, the outdoors, and keeping up with the latest in film.
