Patty came to Texas as a kid during a Christmas visit – flew home to a Buffalo blizzard, and the for-sale sign went up shortly after. Texas has been home ever since! She met Jeff Ludy on a window factory tour and after two years of persistent conversations, he finally won her over. She has not looked back since.

Recently, Patty made the move to DFW to be closer to her family – and brought every bit of her expertise with her. She is now channeling years of experience into serving DFW homeowners with the same care and creativity she has always been known for – helping people find the right product and think through how to maximize their investment and make their home more beautiful.

Outside of work, she is close to her family, especially her granddaughters, and enjoys painting and gardening – with a little more outdoor time now that she has traded Houston summers for DFW!
